Beyond the Streets Charity

Beyond the Streets are a charity working in the UK to support women who sell, or have sold, sex. This includes offering long-term one to one support for women, which is trauma-informed, and person centered; Women’s Support Workers tailor their approach to every individual women and see them as the experts in their own lives.

The long-term nature of support offered is rare, however essential for the type of support the women we journey alongside require. Beyond the Streets understand that progress for women within this theme is not linear and are often the only service that remain a constant at all points in a women's journey.

The charity works to break down stigma, challenge societal attitudes, and remove barriers to support through events, by conducting research into selling sex, and provide training on how to support women who sell sex to professionals from the third sector, statutory bodies, and others.

Beyond the Streets works to see a world where women aren't compelled to sell sex, to eliminate survival sex and to see all women safe from coercion, violence, and abuse.
